WALTERS, MARGARET THERESA: (February 23,1932 – July 21, 2022). Marg passed peacefully away, after a short illness and a life well lived, surrounded by family, at the Health Sciences Centre July 21, 2022, aged 90 years. Left with a lifetime of precious memories the love of her life, Gus, her husband of 68 years. Predeceased by their only child, son, Barry (1995).
Marg was the last surviving member of the family of the late William and Marie Ryan. Predeceased by brother: Tom Ryan, sisters and brothers-in-law: Ethel Hannaford (Richard), Marion Carroll (Bill), Annie Foley (Jack), Lucy Walters (Bill). Mother and father-in-law: Margaret and Patrick Walters. Sister-in-law Dot Walters (Wayne), brother-in-law: Pat Walters, Niece: Barbara Rodgers, Nephews: Frankie Ryan, Jerome Walters and Tony Ryan.
Leaving to mourn Grandsons: Chris Walters (Tanja), Great-granddaughter Abigail; Ryan Walters (Shannon); their mother: Robyn Smith, all of Ontario. The Colorado family: grandsons: Kincaid Bimler (Natalie), Garrett Bimler and Karen and Lorne Bimler. Sisters-in-law: Betty Ryan and Liz Walters. A large circle of nieces, nephews and friends. Marg’s kind and gentle soul was front-and-centre to all who met her.
Arrangements entrusted to Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation and Mass of Christian Burial will be announced at a later date.
