Obituary for Margaret Rose Ford
After years with arthritis, Margaret passed away peacefully on January 7, 2022 at Joseph Brant Hospital.
She will be sadly missed by her beloved and devoted husband Joseph, daughter Linda Dungey and husband Don. Cherished grandmother to Michael (Zoey) and Nicole.
Predeceased by her son Gary and daughter Heather.
Margaret and Joe came to Canada from Glasgow, Scotland in 1957 to start a life and family in Canada. They lived in the same home in Dundas for over 55 years before moving in with their daughter in 2020.
She may have been tiny but was a loving and strong woman. Margaret never mentioned how much pain everyday activities took a toll on her. She always had a smile and cheerful word.
She enjoyed dancing at the Tartan club and taking care of her family.
She will forever be with us and in our hearts. We love you.
Cremation has taken place.
