Marcella Caitlin Ethel Buffalo
Kisikaw Iskwew – Day Woman
June 23, 1986 – July 8, 2022
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Marcella who was called home by Creator on July 8, 2022, at the age of 36.
Marcella was predeceased by her mother Violet, twin sisters Brianna & Brenna. Paternal and Maternal Grandparents Leonard and Ella Buffalo, Charlie Lasass and Young Mistickokat.
She is survived by her children Kingston, Kali, Brooke, and Bronson. Special nephews Dakoda and Brennan.
Father Dennis and mom Emily, mother in-law Mary Baptiste, sister in-law Sabrina (Shawn), children’s father Roland (Alexx). Siblings Cheri (Kevin), Miriam, Julianne (Jason), Calvin, Darcy, Gregory, Angelisa (Jayjay), Wyatt (Amy) and special sister Olivia.
Marcella also left an enormous range of people she had special bonds with. She really enjoyed life, loved her culture and she sure loved her horses.
Marcella touched so many lives and will be dearly missed by many.
Our family would like to give Thanks to MICU at Regina General Hospital for the exceptional care and attention they gave Marcella as well as our family. We would like to thank Conley Funeral Home and a huge Thank you to Lorraine, Daystar Chief and Council.
Services will be held in Daystar First Nation at the Gymnasium.
Wake will be held Monday July 11, 2022 at 4 pm in The Daystar Gym, Daystar First Nation. Traditional Funeral Services will be held Tuesday July 12, 2022 at 11 am in the same location.
