Madeline Nellie McCaw July 14th 1927 October 10th 2022

Peacefully with family at bedside, Madeline Nellie McCaw passed away on October 10 2022 at the age of 95. She was the eldest child of four siblings and daughter of Norman and Earla McFadden. She leaves behind two daughters, Wendy McCaw and Karis Riggs, several grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She worked several years for the city of Sarnia and spent most of her past time playing and teaching curling (Little Rockers). She was a lifetime member of the Sarnia Golf and Curling Club. Madeline held several positions during her curling years including President of the Womens league. She also volunteered for many years at the cancer clinic and Meals on Wheels. She took up golfing once she retired and travelled around Ontario and Michigan with several of her friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Grace United Church Sarnia located at 990 Cathcart Blvd, Sarnia. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Sarnia & District Humane Society or Grace United Church (cheques only at the funeral home please). Arrangements entrusted to Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia.
