Jesse Redmond MacDonald
June 9 1990 – February 27 2022
Artist, musician, long boarder, skater, lover of nature and animals, trend setter, music influencer, promoter, executive producer, innovator and philanthropist. “My Soul remains free, With the Eagle it flies”
Predeceased by his father John, uncle Michael John MacDonald, grandmother Grace Seaman and grandparents Cleo and Elaine Lalonde. After a short illness, Jesse peacefully began his rise to our Creator on Sunday, February 27, 2022 with his mother at his side.
Beloved son of Debra, sister Andrea Lalonde-MacDonald, brother Richard Wilks, nephews Shawndre and Reign, niece Sabellah, grandparents Jack and Marg MacDonald who share Jesse’s loss with Clan Donald, the Lalonde, Carr, Seaman, Cote, Chaplinsky, Boivin, and Minialoff families and the robust brotherhood and sisterhood Jesse kept with so many who were truly dear to him. Jesse will be sorely missed by his family, countless friends, classmates, campmates and colleagues throughout North America.
Jesse continues to spread hope and change lives with his generous donation of leaving his body to Tissue Recovery, Science and Research.
The family extend sincere gratitude to the EHS attending responders, Dr. Blackadar, Dr. Fraser, the ICU team at South Shore Regional Hospital, Tissue Recovery Services and Chandlers’ Funeral Home. Your compassion and care during Jesse’s illness is deeply appreciated.
