Obituary
With deep sadness, we announce the untimely passing of Lynne Thrun, born March 11th, 1950, in Trail, British Columbia.
With her father serving in the Air Force, young Lynne lived in several places but remained in Claresholm for most of her life. She graduated from Willow Creek Composite High School and raised two boys, Tim and Cody. For 15 years, Lynne was the manager at 7-11 and after that, she managed Claresholm Pharmacy for 8 years. She married Michael Thrun on September 13th, 2003.
Lynne was predeceased by her mother and father, Violet and Hubert Ashford.
Lynne is survived by her husband Michael, her sister Debbie (Lorne) Gray, sons Tim Wardlaw, and Cody Ashford and their families, her two stepdaughters, Stacey Thrun and Nichole Thrun, stepsons Cory Thrun and Chad Thrun, and all of their families, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
A celebration of Lynne’s life will be announced at a later date.
