On June 29, 2022, Mr. Lyle Cornel Reid of Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement passed away at the age of 63 years. He is survived by his loving partner of 19 years, Margaret Dumais; 5 sons, Jimmy Sparklingeyes, Lyle (Alli) Sparklingeyes, Waylon Sparklingeyes, Tyrel Dyler & James Dyler; 2 daughters, Kayla Belhumeur & Dora Lee Dumais; siblings, Laverne (Lucy) Reid, Dennis (Tina) Reid & Darlene (Bill) Campbell; special cousin, Brenda Joe; numerous nieces & nephews. Lyle was predeceased by his parents, Fred & Rosie Reid; 2 brothers & 1 sister. A Wake will be held on Thursday & Friday, July 7 & 8 at Buffalo Lake Recreation Centre, Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Buffalo Lake Recreation Centre, Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement.
