We regret to announce the death of Lyle Black, at the age of 69 years, with his brother at his side, on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at Sensenbrenner Hospital. Lyle enjoyed model building and helping people. He was a volunteer driver for the Red Cross and participated annually in the Terry Fox Run for over 28 years.
Lyle is survived by his brother Keith (Min Ruan) of Kitchener; his nephew, Kenny Black of Trenton; as well as his close friends. Lyle was predeceased by his parents, Densil and Irene; and his brother, Kenneth.
A celebration of life for Lyle will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., in the common room at 12 McPherson Avenue, with Anne Stenabaugh officiating. The family would greatly appreciate donations to the Terry Fox Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation as expressions of sympathy. ©
Nous regrettons d’annoncer le décès de Lyle Black, à l’âge de 69 ans, avec son frère à ses côtés, le jeudi 3 novembre 2022, à l’Hôpital Sensenbrenner. Lyle prenait plaisir à l’assemblage de modèles réduits, ainsi qu’à aider les gens. Il était un conducteur bénévole au service de la Croix Rouge et participait à la course Terry Fox chaque année pendant 28 ans.
Lyle laisse dans le deuil son frère, Keith (Min Ruan), de Kitchener; son neveu, Kenny Black, de Trenton; ainsi que ses proches amis. Lyle fut prédécédé par ses parents, Densil et Irene; et son frère, Kenneth.
Une célébration de la vie de Lyle aura lieu le mercredi 9 novembre 2022, à 11h00, dans la salle commune au 12, avenue McPherson, avec Anne Stenabaugh comme officiante. La famille serait très reconnaissante de dons à la Fondation Terry Fox ou la Fondation des maladies du cœur comme témoignages de sympathie. ©
