BRUNETTA, Luigino Alberto “Gino” –
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 20th, 2022, at home with his beloved wife, Maria, by his side. Cherished father of Angelo (Pamela Ranieri) and Anthony (Brenda Dinsmore). Adored grandfather of Micheal (Katie Dorricott). Special great grandfather of Noah and Luca. Loving brother of Adriano (Maria) and Bruna Cusin (Olivino) as well as brother-in-law of Carmen Mellea, Diana Mellea, Anna Cavaliere (Matthew), Gina Mellea, the late Marisa and the late Aldo. Much loved zio of Roberto, David, Kenny, Mario, Magda, Marzia, Joanne, Christine, Laura, Christopher, Sara, the late Rose and the late Suzi. Gino will be remembered by many cousins.
Son of the late Angelo and Maria Brunetta and son-in-law of the late Gino and Rosa Mellea.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Sault Ste. Marie Paramedics, Firefighters and Police who attended. Also, a tremendous thank you to Dr. Ianni, Dr. Vance, Dr. Hopper, Dr. Apostle and Dr. Lachmann for your care of Gino over the years. Thank you to all the staff at CBI, your visits were very appreciated as well as his long-time caregiver and friend, Lucas.
Resting at O’Sullivan Funeral Home on Friday, August 26th, 2022, from 10a.m until the time of the service at 11a.m with Father Paul Conway officiating. Burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In Gino’s memory, donations made to the Alzheimer Society of Sault Ste. Marie or the Sault Ste. Marie Soup Kitchen would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to O’Sullivan Funeral Home (215 St James Street, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario).
