It is with great sadness that the family of Lucy Olson announce her peaceful passing. Born in Foremost, Alberta to loving parents Charlie and Edith. She married Victor Olson on December 20, 1948 in Edson, AB. Lucy and Victor spent many years in the Croydon and Valemont areas.
Predeceased by her Husband Victor, her Parents Charlie Garner and Edith Gerke. Sister Elizabeth, Brothers Bill, George, Charlie and Irvin, Sons Raymond and Richard, Daughter Sylvia; Granddaughter’s Jodie and Stina, Son in Law James, Daughter in Laws Joe and Jodie, Grandson in Law Daryl.
Lucy leaves behind her loving family Marcel, (Zaida) of Grand Prairie AB, Victoria (Jerry) of Chase BC, Marie (Henry) of Prince George BC, Eddy (Joanne) of Alberta Beach AB, Carol of Whitecourt AB, Bunny (John) of Prince George BC.
21 Grandchildren, 23 Great grandchildren and 5 Great, great grandchildren. As well as 4 Brothers and 1 Sister, many more cousins and family friends.
Any donations in Lucy name can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of BC.
Celebration of life to be announce at a later date.
