Mme Lucia Desjardins (née Mayer) de Vankleek Hill est décédée paisiblement à l’âge de 94 ans le lundi 12 décembre 2022 à la maison, elle était la fille de feu Delphis Mayer et feu Agnès Cartier. Tendre épouse de feu Raoul Desjardins. Mère bien aimée de Denise (Joe Kwak), Gilles (Louise Forcier), Marcel (Nadia Lachapelle), Carole (Claude Chénier) et Muriel (Stéphane Lalonde), la grand-mère adorée de 14 petits-enfants et 22 arrière-petits-enfants. Chère sœur de, Berthe Brûler et Joe Mayer. Elle est prédécédée par ses frères; Bruno, Ronald, et Jean Claude et ses sœurs Yvette Koshawsky, Georgette Delisle, Fernande Gale, Thérèse Giroux et Rose Deschamps. Lui survivent également plusieurs neveux et nièces.
La famille invite parents et amis pour un service mercredi 21 décembre 2022 à 11h30 au Centre communautaire de Chute à Blondeau 2005 rue Principale. Chute-à-Blondeau. Inhumation au cimetière Saint Joachim, Chute à Blondeau.

Mrs. Lucia Desjardins (née Mayer) of Vankleek Hill passed away peacefully at the age of 94 years on Monday, December 12, 2022 at home. She was the daughter of the late Delphis Mayer and the late Agnes Cartier. Beloved wife of the late Raoul Desjardins. Beloved mother of Denise (Joe Kwak), Gilles (Louise Forcier), Marcel (Nadia Lachapelle), Carole (Claude Chénier) and Muriel (Stéphane Lalonde), the beloved grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of, Berthe Bruler and Joe Mayer. She is predeceased by her brothers; Bruno, Ronald, and Jean Claude and her sisters Yvette Koshawsky, Georgette Delisle, Fernande Gale, Thérèse Giroux and Rose Deschamps. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family invites relatives and friends for a service on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. at the Chute à Blondeau Community Centre 2005 Principale Street. Chute-à-Blondeau. Interment Saint Joachim Cemetery, Chute à Blondeau.
