Louise Catherine Waye 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Louise Catherine Waye at Losier Hall Nursing Home on Tuesday February 15, 2022, at the age of 87.
She was the wife of the late Willis Waye.
Born in Newcastle on April 9, 1934, she was the daughter of the late George and Laura (McNeill) Sherrard.
Louise is survived by one brother Ronald Sherrard (Late Phoebe) of Lower Derby, two sons, Randolph (Brenda) of Alberta, Robert (Rose) of Miramichi, two daughters, Sandy Foran (Blake) of Miramichi and Helen Cummings (Brian) of Miramichi.
She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Glen, Jason, Christine, Shayanne, Jay, Steven, Holly, Marshall and Sean, eleven great grandchildren, Jade, Braxton, Vanessa, Carter, Sophia, Georgia, Cade, Korie, Kallie, Gracie and Talon. Numerous nephews and nieces with special affection for Patsy and Sue.
Louise is predeceased by three brothers, John, Harlan and Arnold, three sisters, Hazel, Ida and Myrtle.
She enjoyed knitting, music, baking and sewing.
At the request of the family there will be no visitation. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 21st at 11 a.m. at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Sevogle, with Father Dan Melanson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery later in the spring.
In lieu of flowers as expressions of sympathy, donations to St. James Roman Catholic Church Cemetery Fund would be appreciated by the family.
The family would like to thank the physicians and staff of Miramichi Regional Hospital and Losier Hall Nursing Home for the great care our mother received.
