À l’Hôpital de l’Enfant-Jésus de Caraquet, le mercredi 30 novembre 2022, est décédé entouré de sa famille, M. Louis S. Doiron, à l’âge de 66 ans. Il était le fils de feu Simon Doiron et de feu Béatrice Allain.
Il laisse dans le deuil ses frères et sœurs : André, Rose-May (Ernest Watson), Agnès et Pierre (Marie-Josée Cormier).
Comme ses trois autres cancers qu’il avait combattus auparavant, le premier ayant débuté 19 ans passés, Louis était confiant de combattre celui-ci également. Il n’a pas cessé d’y croire jusqu’à ses derniers moments. Un combattant positif et un exemple pour nous à suivre dans notre vie.
Louis a travaillé pendant environ 34 ans chez Suncor à Fort McMurray et a par la suite partagé son temps entre Mazatlán et Bas-Caraquet. Louis aimait rencontrer les gens partout où il se trouvait. Un aurevoir tout spécial à ses amis de Bas-Caraquet et de la Péninsule Acadienne, de l’Alberta (en particulier Fort McMurray), de ceux de Mazatlán au Mexique et des États-Unis et de partout ailleurs où il a semé sa joie de vivre et partagé sa grande bonté.
Nos sincères remerciements au personnel de l’Hôpital de l’Enfant-Jésus de Caraquet pour les soins exceptionnels qu’il a reçu. Un merci spécial à son médecin de famille, Dre Solange Lanteigne.
Il n’y aura pas de visites à la Maison funéraire. Une célébration de la vie aura lieu à l’été 2023.

Louis S. Doiron, son of the Late Simon Doiron and the Late Béatrice Allain, passed away surrounded by his family at the Enfant-Jésus Hospital of Caraquet, on Wednesday November 30th 2022 at the age of 66.
He is survived by his brothers and sisters: André, Rose-May (Ernest Watson), Agnès and Pierre (Marie-Josée Cormier).
Like his other three cancers that he battled in the past, the first one being 19 years ago, Louis was confident that he would win this battle too. He believed it until his last moment. He was a positive fighter and a great example to follow in our own lives.
Louis worked almost 34 years at Suncor in Fort McMurray. He then split his free time between Mazatlán and Bas-Caraquet. He loved meeting people everywhere he went. He wished to send a special goodbye to his friends from Bas-Caraquet and the Acadian Peninsula, as well as to those in Alberta (especially in Fort McMurray), Mazatlán Mexico and in the USA, and to those from all other places to whom he spread his joy of living and his great generosity.

There will be no visitation at the funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2023.
