It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Lola the evening of Monday March 21, 2022. Lola passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. Lola would have celebrated her 80th birthday this May. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Russell Judd. She will be dearly missed by her son Daniel Judd (Joanne) of Oxford Station, Ontario. Cherished “Gramma” of Jacob (Jennifer), Kirsten (Josh) and Jodie, “Great-Gramma” of Harper, Cassie, Jayse, Breya, Ellaa, Bridgette. Dear sister of Jean Judd (late Harold) of Shawville, Quebec and Betty Sparling of Ottawa. She was predeceased by her father and mother, Gordon and Crystal (Cole) Robitaille as well as brothers Campbell, John, Dwayne, Durell, Harold, Donald, Rickey and sisters Ethel, Dorothy and June. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Lola will be remembered for her loving and endearing ways. Her constant optimism and strength throughout her illness touched and inspired her family, friends and all those who knew her. She was happy to have spent time gathered with her family for special occasions, or just a barbeque. Her legacy will live on in the lives of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A sincere thank you to the doctors and nursing staff of the Arnprior Hospital for their outstanding compassionate care. Visitations will be held at the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd. 138 Daniel Street N. Arnprior Thursday March 24, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Life Service will take place in Arnprior in May followed by interment at Maple Grove Cemetery, Shawville, Quebec. In memory of Lola, a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Arnprior Regional Health Foundation.
