Lois Sweeney
Passed away peacefully at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital on Monday, May 30, 2022, Lois Sweeney (nee Ball) of Chesterville, age 90. Beloved wife of the late Robert Sweeney. Loving mother of Judy Jackson (Claude) of Embrun, Alan Jackson (Elaine) of Chesterville, the late James Jackson and Carol Messier of Lakeland, Florida. Dear sister of Harold Ball of Winchester. Dear sister-in-law of Jessie Ball of Winchester and Marjorie Shadbolt of Winchester. Lois will be fondly remembered by 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents Sherman and Jean Ball (nee Cross) and her brother Eric Ball. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
A graveside service will be held at Maple Ridge Cemetery, Chesterville, on Friday June 3rd at 11 a.m. followed by a reception at the Royal Canadian Legion in Chesterville. Donations to Maple Ridge Cemetery would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
