Lois passed away peacefully with her family around her. Lois was the seventh child born to Blanche and Clarence MacLean in Meaghers Grant, Nova Scotia. She is survived by two sisters in Ontario: Elgie and Marian; and her brother Burt (Marg) and sister-in-law Sonia in Powell River; her six children Joan Robitaille, Betsy, Marilyn (Don) Gahan, Steve, Juanita and Brenda (Randy) Kozeletski; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years Murray and her grandson Ty. In 1950, Lois and Murray moved to Powell River, where Murray found work in the mill and Lois raised her family. She volunteered in many Powell River organizations: the Moose Lodge, Powell River Hospital Auxiliary and the MCC. For years she worked at the concession, first at the old arena and then at the recreation complex when it opened. She loved seeing the kids grow through the years. Special thank you to Dr. C.
