Obituary of Lloyd Raymond Potter
Lloyd Raymond Potter – 91 of Parker’s Cove, passed away on August 1, 2022, In Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Clementsvale, he was the son of Frederick and Anne (Gordon) Potter. Lloyd operated Potter’s Auto Repair for many years. He was an avid trout fisherman. In his retirement, he and Aileen enjoyed all the festivities at The Red Barn. More recently, he enjoyed the care and comfort provided by ‘his’ VON and Meals on Wheels volunteers. Services greatly appreciated by the family. He is survived by daughters; Joy Andersen, New Minas. Paula (Bruce) Andrews, Rossway. Sister; Ethel Foster, St. Catherine’s, Ont. Brother; Glen (Viola) Potter, Parker’s Cove. Grandchildren; David (Leah) Wilson, Adam (Lysa) Wilson, Tyler Andrews, Zachary (Alysha) Andrews. Great grandchildren; Aidan and Ewan Wilson and Edith and Ronan Wilson. Lloyd was predeceased by his first wife, Geraldine (Clayton) Potter, and his second wife Aileen Potter. Sisters; Eunice Saunders, Phyllis Bartosh, Eileen Potter. Brother’s; Gordon Potter, Oakley Potter and Pat Potter. A funeral service will be held from Kaulbach Family Funeral Home in Annapolis Royal on Sunday, August 7, at 2:00pm, with Pastor Herb Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Parker’s Cove.
