It is with great sadness that the family wishes to announce the passing of Lloyd William Crowe, born on February 5th, 1919 at Avonhurst, Saskatchewan who passed away peacefully at the Pioneers Lodge in Moose Jaw on January 13th, 2022. Lloyd was predeceased by his parents, John and Alice Crowe; his wife, Adele Pauline (passed away March 29th, 1998) and 12 siblings George, Vera, Gladys, Rae, John, Ada, Charles, Violet, Morris, Aubrey, Louvain and Alice.
Lloyd grew up on the family farm and attended school at Avonhurst, Cupar and Fort QuAppelle where he graduated from grade 12. Lloyd married the love of his life, Adele in October 1941 and raised 5 children. Vivian (Ron) Kell, Rodney, Douglas (Cheri), Grant (Cindy) and Dean (Gerry). He has 14 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
A Private Family Service will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lloyd’s name may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society 1910 McIntyre St Regina, SK S4P 2R3. Arrangements are entrusted to Moose Jaw Funeral Home, 268 Mulberry Lane. Andrew Pratt Funeral Director 306-693-4550
