Lloyd’s Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lloyd Eldon Durdle announces his peaceful passing at the Central Newfoundland Regional Hospital, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL aged 99 years.
Lloyd leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his son, Leonard (Gloria); grandchildren, Trina (Stephen), Darrell (Sandi), and Darren (Dawn-Marie); great-grandchildren, Sophie, Amelia, and Drew; nephew, Roy (Beverly) Oldford; plus a large circle of other relatives and friends.
Lloyd is predeceased by his wife, May; parents, William and Ellen; sister, Amelia (Wesley) Oldford; and sister-in-law, Annie (John) Lane.
The public visitation will take place Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at 2-4 & 7-9 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
The funeral service will take place Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 1 pm from Sunset Memorial Funeral Home, 10 Bayley Street, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. The interment will follow at St. Alban’s Anglican Cemetery, Caribou Road, Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
*Please Note…As per family request, masks are to be worn by anyone attending the visitation or funeral service.**
