Obituary of Linda Lou Stewart
It is with very heavy hearts that the family of Linda Lou Stewart, age 73, announces her passing at home on July 16, 2022. She was predeceased by her husband and soulmate, Wayne Stewart; parents, Elizabeth and Murdoch Dingwall; and siblings, Mary McLelland, Hazel Lyttle, William “Billy” Dingwall, and Clarence Keys. Linda is lovingly remembered by her children, Jennifer Milburn, Jessica (Timothy) Thoen, and Bobby Milburn; and her two grandchildren, David Martin (Laura Kirk) and Jeremy Thoen. She is also survived by her two sisters, Janie Jacques and Dawn Marie Dingwall; and lifelong friend, Nadean Silski. Linda had a generous heart and was always looking out for others; she gave of her time, energy, and voice selflessly to members of her family and anyone, even strangers, who needed encouragement or a hand up. One of Linda’s many loves was for her dogs and she had many but there was a special place in her heart for Winston. Linda, Wayne and Winston spent several wonderful years living in the San Francisco Bay Area, hosting family and many friends who visited, before returning home to Saskatoon. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. O. Yatsina, Dr. N. Iqbal, and the staff of St. Paul’s and Royal University Hospitals for the excellent care that they provided to Linda. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Saskatoon Funeral Home on Friday, July 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. Memorial donations to the Saskatoon SPCA, Cosmopolitan Industries or New Hope Dog Rescue would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Linda
