Linda Marie Clyne passed away peacefully at her home in Harriston, on Friday, November 11, 2022, under the watch of Heidi, the cat, which will miss her along with all of her other animal friends.
Sister of Marilyn & Keith Damen of Listowel, Helen & Stanley Newman of Ayton, Robert & Jean Clyne, and Keith & Doris Jean Clyne, all of Harriston, Karen & Roy Harris of Hamilton, and the late David Clyne.
She adored her nineteen nieces and nephews, Heather, Diane (Brent), Lorraine (John), Sarah (Shawn), Chrissy, Ray (Kathy), Brenda, Sonya (Mike), Ryan, Jonathan, Jennifer, Katherine (Alex), and David, along with her great-niece and 6 great-nephews.
Linda was born on April 3, 1966, in Palmerston, the daughter of the late Harold & Lois (Bridge) Clyne. She was a devoted employee for over 30 years at Caressant Care, Harriston. She enjoyed the residents and they will miss her greatly.
A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held at the Harriston United Church Fellowship Hall on Friday, November 18, 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., with words of remembrance at 2:30 p.m. Everyone will have an opportunity to share a story or memory.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
