Linda’s Obituary
It is with sincere regret that the family of Linda Hodder wishes to inform loved ones and friends of her passing on Thursday, May 5th, 2022 at the Western Long Term Care Centre, Corner Brook. Visitation will take place on Sunday, May 8th at 2-4 and 7-9 PM from Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville. A celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Monday, May 9th at 2:00 PM from Russell’s Funeral Home Chapel.
Linda grew up in West Bay on the Port au Port Peninsula and is predeceased as the first child of Yvonne and Harry Hodder. Linda blessed the lives of many people, both family and friends. Remembering her are: siblings: Joe, Lorraine (Alfred), Pauline (Henry), Gladys (Sean), Joan, Dan (Ellie) and Annette (Charlie); her children: Terry LaVallee (Audrey), Wanda Kuskie (Steve, deceased), Stephen White, and Samantha White (Chris Cull); grandchildren: Yolanda, Kyle, Jeremy, Alex, Amber, Kruze, Ethan, Rayden, and Londyn; as well as a large circle of extended relatives and friends that would go on for pages and pages!
Linda was well loved by all. She enjoyed reading, playing cards, games, and socializing.
In lieu of flowers the family recommends considering volunteering your time or making a donation to your local Senior Citizens home to contribute to the quality of life that she was able to enjoy at the Western Long Term Care building. Special thanks to ALL the staff and residents, as they became a part of her family as well.
