On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, Mrs. Lillian Ida Perkins of Wainwright, Alberta passed away at Wainwright Long Term Care at the age of 91 years.
Lillian is survived by her loving family; her children, Kenneth (Marlene) Perkins of Bennett, Iowa, Harold (Lea) Perkins of Edgerton, Alberta, Carolyn (Cy) Skinner of Englefeld, Saskatchewan, Lorraine (Kirk) Boote of Calgary, Alberta, Cheryl (Dwight) Larson of Irma, Alberta, Marvin (Debbie) Cardinal.
Her grandchildren, Chris (Darryl) Perkins, Craig (Amanda) Perkins, Richard (Angie) Perkins, Theresa (Terry) Perkins, Leslie (Steven) Bamber, Jaylene (Ryan) Perkins, Patrick (Bonnie) Skinner, Kristy (Jamie) Richardson, Matthew (Rhonda) Skinner, Melissa (Cal) Boote, Nicole (Caleb) Fuller, Kenton (Kenzie) Boote, Shanda (Paden) Jonescu, Brandon (Jessica) Larson, Kathryn Cardinal.
Her great grandchildren, Samara, Azelyn, Braysen, Graedy, Aylee, Paige, Olivia, Noah, Logan, Lily, Brandon, Jeremy, Kylie, Jessica, Wyatt, Sarah, Alice, Reuben, Katie, Andrew, Brooke, Charlotte, Alia, Ethan, Preston, Reagan, Ethan, Ava, Maren, Riggs; sisters, Lavina Redmond of Wainwright, Alberta, Vivian (Duffy) Hogue of Lethbridge, Alberta; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
She is predeceased by her husband, John Perkins, son, Ronald Perkins; granddaughter, Lynn Perkins; grandson, Wayne Perkins; brothers, Glen Boomhower, Wilfred Boomhower and sister, Vera McLean.
A funeral service for Lillian will be held Saturday, July 2, 2022 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Worthington Branch, Wainwright, Alberta at 1:00 PM. Interment to follow in the Wainwright Cemetery.
If so desired, the family suggests any memorial contributions made in Lillian’s name be made to the Wainwright Auxiliary Hospital Patient Comfort Fund.
