Liliane LeBlanc, 78,
passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her children, after a
courageous struggle with Parkinson’s at Duffering Oaks,
Shelburne, ON, on Tuesday December 28, 2021. Born in
Cap-Pelé, she was the daughter of the late Johnny and
Marie-Louise (Landry) Bourque.
She lived her last
years in Ontario, but her heart was always in New
Brunswick
She is survived by her
three children: Pierre (Kelly), Michelle LeBlanc (Dave) and
Stéphanie LeBlanc (Roger); seven siblings: Gracia LeBlanc
(Bernard), Géraldine Landry (Jean), Claudette
Léger (Hervé), Jean (Éva), Paul
(Brenda), Normand (Albanie) and Charline Bourque (Pierre); four
grandchildren: Sebastian (Jessica), Claire (Tyler), Jessica and Sara;
as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by
her husband, Fernand LeBlanc (2003).
There will be no
visitation. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St-Henri R.C.
Church, Grand-Barachois on Wednesday August 17 at 10:30 am followed by
a reception at the Golden Age Club in Grand-Barachois. Interment will
be in the parish cemetery. In memory of Liliane, a contribution to the
charity of the donor’s choice would be
appreciated.
