Obituary
SMITH, LeVerne – Passed away peacefully at The Maples Home for Seniors, Tavistock on Monday, January 10th, 2022. LeVerne Smith formerly of Woodstock at the age of 94. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Smith (nee Pike) for over 71 years. Loving father to Liz Neumann (Bob Horton) and Stephen Smith. Cherished grandfather of Celina Bowman-Smith. Dear brother to Yvonne McClintic. Predeceased by his brother Graham (Donalda) Smith and brother-in-law Wallace McClintic. LeVerne worked for King Equipment, formerly Truck Engineering, for over 46 years. Cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life for LeVerne and Margaret to be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004. Interment will take place at the Old Log Church Cemetery. Expressions of love and sympathy may be given at www.brockandvisser.com
