Leonard Karl an 1937 2022

Obituary of Leonard Karl Mardian
Leonard Karl Mardian, 85, passed away August 11, 2022 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was born March 17, 1937 in Denver, Colorado to Phillip Mardian and Evelyn Colgin and was raised with his brothers, Ronald, Larry, and Glenn. Len grew up in Reno, NV, Walnut Creek, CA, and San Francisco, CA before moving to Las Vegas where he lived for 32 years. He was employed as a Real Estate Developer all of his life, buying his first property at the age of 19 at Lake Tahoe. This got him hooked on Real Estate, and he was a true legend for his amazing accomplishments. Len was larger than life, and he loved people. He never met a stranger, and had friends throughout the world. He was always cracking jokes, trying to get a smile out of anyone. Len truly seized the moment and lived life to the fullest – and then some. We should all learn from him that people can do big things with laser focus. May he rest in peace and let his legend last forever.
Leonard is survived by his loving wife, Susan; his older brother, Ron; his daughter, Lori; his son-in-law, Austin; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Jake, and Shayna. Services were held on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at 9 a.m., Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Las Vegas, NV United States. A private family graveside service will be held at St. Agatha RC Cemetery, St. Agatha.
