Lela Moore-age 81 of Mascot, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, January 14, 2022. She was a faithful member of Rutledge Pike Baptist Church for many years until her health declined.
Preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Dicie Ownby; several siblings; and great nephew, Cory Kimbrough. Survived by one sister, Jewel Summers; special niece, Sherry, whom has been her caregiver for many years; several nephews; one niece; and many great nieces and great nephews.
There will be a call of convenience held from 9:00-2:00pm Tuesday, January 18, at Bridges Funeral Home. Family and friends will then gather at 2:45pm Tuesday, January 18, at Roseberry Cemetery, for a 3:00pm interment.
