1956-2022
Following a lengthy illness, Leanna Rose Lloyd of Red Rapids, NB,
passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu St. Joseph Hospital on Monday,
June 20, 2022.
Leanna was born in Kilburn, NB, on July 9, 1956. She was the daughter
of the late Glen and Pauline (Hamilton) Lloyd. Leanna leaves behind
her daughters, Catherine Waugh (Eugene) of Tilley, NB, Tara Sisson of
Florenceville-Bristol, NB; her son, Travis Sisson (Val Culberson) of
Hartland, NB; her sister, Zelda Thomas (Jack) of Plaster Rock, NB; her
special niece, Theresa Thomas; her special nephew, Jeffrey Thomas;
eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Leanna was predeceased by her parents; and her son, Glenn Sisson.
Leanna worked as a secretary at various schools in the area during her
career. In the more recent years, she was the secretary at
Perth-Andover Middle School until her retirement.
Respecting Leanna’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral
service held. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 23,
2022 at 1 pm from Forest Glen Cemetery. Rev. Roy Dee
officiating.
For those who wish, memorial donations to the Victoria County SPCA or
to the Mamma Bear Cancer Fund would be appreciated by the family.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home,
Perth-Andover, NB.
