MacDonald, their daughter, Heather (Andrew) MacDonald; daughters:

Caelan and Ben MacDonald; 8 great-grandchildren; brothers: Johnny
(Mary) MacDonald; Alex (Sharon) MacDonald; Fraser (Judy) MacDonald;
sisters: Mabel Rankin; Elsie MacDonald; Catherine (Martin) Parent;
Florence (Hughie) Sutherland; as well as brothers and sisters in-law;

Lawrence was born in Sunnybrae on March 29th 1944, the middle
son of 9 children. He was predeceased by his parents Ernest MacDonald
and Annie Bell (Feltmate) MacDonald; brother, Earl MacDonald; in-laws
Lillian and Robert “Bob”.
Besides working at Michelin for 31 years, he was a very
creative person who loved carpentry and woodworking. He was the person
friends and family could call upon if any handy work needed to be
done. When he wasn’t out in his workshop, he could be found enjoying
other hobbies such as cross-stitching, watching and collecting movies,
reading, and listening to country music. Those who knew Lawrence knew
him to be a kind, caring man, who would do anything to help others. He
will be greatly missed by his family and
friends.
A graveside service for family and close
friends will take place 1pm Friday, in Heatherdale Memorial
Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of R.H.
