Gonnella, Lawrence “Larry” (1936 – 2022)
The family announces with sorrow his death on February 23, 2022 at the age of 85. Son of the late Guiseppe and Angelina Gonnella. Beloved husband of Marie “Barbe” Gonnella of 62 years. Loving father of Joel of Antigua, Angela Fiset (Marty) of New Liskard, and Tina Gonnella (Ken Bailey) of Squamish. Adored Nono of Carlyle and Hayden Fiset, Makenna and Devon Bailey, Kianna and Danya Gonnella and their mom Naydene. Brother of Norma Sherbanuk (late Saul) and brother-in-law of Barbe (late Liz). Predeceased by his siblings Gino and Mary as well as his in-laws Jeanine and Juergen Kuik. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Family will receive friends at the Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Sturgeon Falls on the 27th of August, 2022 after 10:15 a.m. A mass of Christian burial will follow at 11:00 a.m.
