Kristine was born on August 27, 1950 in Selkirk, Manitoba, where she resided most of her life. She began her working career as a dispatcher for her dad’s taxi company where she met her husband to be. She continued working as a dispatcher until the age of 40 when she decided to go back to school to receive her grade 12 and become a health care aide. She was a loving mother and grandmother, a caring friend, she cared for all. She would always put her family first.
The family would like to thank the ICU staff at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Science Center for mom’s care. We would also like to thank Dr. Corso, Dr. Whiley and all the nurses of the Red Lake Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital for taking care of mom.

But we remember now in love,
Your life from start to end,
And we’re just glad we knew you,
