In loving memory of Kimberly “Kim” Ellen Wilks (nee Boucher) who passed away after a valiant fight with leukemia and it’s after affects at her residence on Tuesday, February 22nd, 2022. Kim was born April 22nd. 1957 and raised in Sudbury. She leaves behind partner of 30 years Jean Seguin. Loving mother of Christopher (Andrea), and Matthew (Amanda). Cherished Nana of Camden, Connor, Karma, Cavin and Jerrica. Dearly loved daughter of Doreen Murphy and step-father Mark Murphy predeceased. Sister of Rodney, Kerry predeceased (Cory), Jerene (Shane), Jamie (Mary) and Heather (Dean). She will be lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
Kim loved to cook, golf, play cards and lotteries. She worked for Food Basics and Tim Hortons. Special thank you to Dr. Herst and Dr. Marc Dube and Dr. Emily Dube for their expertise and dedication. For caregivers’ nurses, Stacey, Nicole, Ilish and aunt Jean for their care and compassion.
At Kim’s request, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation and a private family memorial service will take place. Donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
