Peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital on Saturday March 12, 2022 at the age of 51 years. Kim de Ruiter (nee Martin) of Petawawa, beloved wife of Dean de Ruiter. Loved and cherished mother of Jacob, Mackenzie and Hali de Ruiter. She will be loved and sadly missed by her brother Andrew Martin (Joanne) and sister Kelly Martin as well as all her nieces and nephews. Loved daughter of Diane Martin (nee Brophy) and the late John Robert Martin and daughter-in-law of Gert de Ruiter and the late Sandra de Ruiter (nee Ramsey). Sadly missed by her four legged companion ‘Stanley’
Friends are invited to share their memories of Kim with her family during visitation at the Murphy Funeral Home, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Friday 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday March 19th at 11:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 280 Lourdesview Drive, Pembroke. Spring interment St. Columba’s Cemetery. In memory of Kim, donations to Columbus House or the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
MASKS MUST BE WORN IN THE FUNERAL HOME AND THE CHURCH
