It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, and friend, Kerrie Phillips, on Monday, April 18, 2022, at Bluewater Health. Kerrie was the beloved wife of Ryan Phillips. Devoted and proud mother of Kain and Sophia Phillips. Cherished daughter of Rosemary and Richard Hay. Survived by her grandparents Anne and Robert Hay; aunts Julie (Gary) Scott and Isobell “Izzy” (Allan) Melrose; and by her siblings-in-law Tiffany Phillips, Cindy (Than) Merrill, Tena (Theo) Boven, and Anthony Phillips. Predeceased by her grandmother Mary Russell and her parents-in-law Sophie and Paul Phillips. Kerrie loved her career as a DSW with Community Living- Sarnia. Above all, Kerrie enjoyed spending time with her husband and children and always ensured her children were entertained and cared for through crafting, playing outside, and doing many activities together as a family. Family and friends will be received at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Friday, April 22, 2022, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Smith Funeral Home on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. A livestream of her funeral will be available at the service time.
