Kenneth Paul Boreland 1946 2022

It is with great sadness that the family of Kenneth Paul Boreland, 76, of Waasis, New Brunswick, announces his passing on September 22, 2022. Ken was born on July 11th, 1946, to Benson and Ruth (Hazlett) Boreland.
In 1960, Ken met Evelyn, and they wed in 1966, going on to have 2 children, Troy and Shelley. Ken was an avid golfer, card player, an active member of the Kingdom Hall, and spent many years on bowling leagues with his wife.
Ken is survived by his wife Evelyn; his children Troy and Shelley; grandchildren Martina and
Caleb; great grandchildren Hailey and Bryce; and his siblings Darlene, Ben, Doug, Steven, Tim,
Cathy, and Terry as well as many nieces and nephews, with a special mention to Clayton, Jenny and their daughter Braelyn.
In addition to his parents, Ken was predeceased by his siblings, Gary and Linda and his grandson, Sean.
Another special mention to all hospital staff and in home care providers as well as a special thank you to Dr. Vailencourt.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Oromocto Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 8, from 2pm, at Oromocto Kingdom Hall. Special arrangements for Zoom access can be requested for those out of province or infirm, please e-mail troyboreland@gmail.com for access.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association in Ken’s name would be appreciated.
