Keith Burton Wilton, of Strathroy, at the age of 88 peacefully passed away on February 6th, 2022 at Strathmere Lodge. Beloved husband of Dorothy Wilton (Nee Thomas) for 62 special years. Loving father of Heather (Jamie) Dymond and Sandi (Brad) Hipple. Proud grandpa of Eric (Laura) Dymond, Alannah (Madison) Leach, Alex Dymond, Craig Dymond, Robert (Chelsea) Martin, Andrew Martin (Erica), and James Hipple. Keith is predeceased by his parents Sanford and Annie Wilton and his brother Rayburn Wilton.
Keith farmed in Caradoc Township and will be forever remembered for his love of nature, history, books and antiques. Keith and Dorothy were active members of the United Church, participants of the local modern square dance club, community organizations, and they travelled to many countries together over the years. Keith and his family truly appreciated the kindness and care he was given at Strathmere Lodge during the past 5 months.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 11, 2022, from 3:00p.m. until 5:00p.m. at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 2:00p.m. with visitation taking place an hour prior on Saturday, February 12, 2022. Private family interment to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Strathmere Lodge Auxiliary or the Strathroy Middle General Hospital Foundation.
