Kathleen Mary Dohm December 1 1912 January 29 2022

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Kathleen Mary Dohm. She passed away peacefully in Vancouver the city she loved, on January 29, 2022 at age 109. Kathleen was a woman of strong faith and leaves a rich legacy of kindness, optimism and humour.
She was born to Agnes and Frank Robinson on December 1, 1912 in Liverpool, England. Frank died during WW1 and her mother immigrated to Canada.
Kathleen later followed her mother at the age of sixteen aboard the ship the “Duchess of York” to Montreal. She then travelled across the country to join her mother in Vancouver.
Kathleen met Father Peter Carroll and worked for him in the church for several years. She met John Robert (“Bob”) Dohm and in 1946 they married. It was a very busy house with six children arriving within nine years.
Kathleen loved her family and whether it was outings with the kids or road trips to visit relatives, she enjoyed them all.
She is predeceased by her husband Robert, sister Agnes (Grant) and cousin Rita (Jack). She is survived by her six children Angela, Geraldine, Patrick (Brigitte), Kathy (Bob), Paul (Lily), Phillip (Katherine), several grandchildren, great grandchildren and extended family.
All those who knew Kathleen discovered a warm, kind and generous woman. The family thanks the staff at Clarendon Court and the Cottage Hospice for all the love and care shown to our mother and we know you will miss her as well.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Kathleen Mary Dohm December 1 1912 January 29 2022..
