Mrs. Katherine “Kate” Gagnier (nee Charron), of Wallaceburg passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, in Chatham, at the age of 85.
Kate was born in Chatham and was the daughter of the late Alphy and Isabella (St. Pierre) Charron.
Beloved wife of the late Oscar Gagnier (2018).
Loving mother of Denis (Tracy) Gagnier, Randy (Sandy) Gagnier, Wayne (Chris) Gagnier, Kathy (Andy) Hawkins and the late Gerald (Joni) Gagnier.
Sadly msised by 11 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Norm (Rose) Charron, Leona (Gordon) Brown, Adlore (Marlene) Charron, Lawrence (Maxine) Charron and Norma (Bob) Cartier.
The late Kate Gagnier rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home, 639 Elgin Street, Wallaceburg.
Following her wishes, cremation has taken place.
Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 11 a.m.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice may be left at the funeral home.
