Karyn Regina Dirse, age 65 of Ontario passed away peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on July 7, 2022 with her trusted friend Donna by her side. Survived by her partner Dr. Malcolm Carlson, her mother Ruth, her sister Daina (Jim), her sister-in-law Jeanette, her nephews Kyle and Cody and her niece Kelsey. Also survived by several cousins in Canada and Europe. Predeceased by her father Vincent (2003), her brothers Peter (2008) and Tom (2008). A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
