It is with heavy hearts the family of Karen G. Humphries announces her passing on June 30th, 2022 at Strathroy Middle General Hospital at the age of 73. Beloved wife of the late Larry (2014). Loving mother of Paula (Charles) Cadenhead and Gordon Humphries. Cherished Nana of Ryan and Drew. Karen is survived by her siblings Eldon (Dianne) Bryant and Marilyn Wernham all of Strathroy. Predeceased by her parents Clarence and Violet (Shamblaw) Bryant, and by her brothers Glen, Raymond and Frederick Bryant, and her parent-in-laws Earl and Marie Humphries. Karen will be sadly missed and always remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 4th, 2022 from 7:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. at DENNING’S OF STRATHROY. A funeral service will take place on Tuesday, July 5th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Dairi- Acres Farm (5915 Calvert Drive, Strathroy). Interment to follow at McBride-Cowell Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be left to the Arthritis Association or a charity of one’s choice. Online condolences and donations may be left at www.strathroyfuneralhome.com.
