Long-time farmer and bus driver in Ramara Township
Passed peacefully with her family by her side at Soldiers Memorial Hospital in Orillia on Friday April 22, 2022 in her 67th year. Karen, loving wife to Ray, will be sadly missed by her children Raymond Shaw, Calvin (Charlotte) Baker, Trevor (Samantha) Baker, and Brandon (Meghan) Baker, and by her grandchildren Madison Shaw, Curtis Shaw, Tray Shaw, Jemma Baker, Karina Baker, Bennett Baker, Dominic Johnston, and Kenzie Baker. Karen is survived by her brothers Dale and Kevin Shaw. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Soldiers Memorial Hospital Foundation and will be received by Carson Funeral Homes – L. Doolittle Chapel, 54 Coldwater St. E Orillia (705) 326-3595.
