Justin Jonathan Trotman – transitioned from this earth suddenly at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Sunday March 27, 2022, at the age of 26.
Caring, loving son of Suzanne Trotman and the late Tim Trotman. Brother of Zachery and Jeremy Trotman. Boyfriend of Noura Saad. Grandson of Mildred Worrell and the late Cecil & Eurita Trotman and Sylvia Douglas. Nephew of Kelly Pilgrim, Ashanti Trotman, Harrie Trotman and Janice Jemmott, the late Deborah Moseley, Earl and Joanne Brown. Great nephew to Garfield Alleyne and Elson Douglas. Cousin to the Trotman, Daniel, Moseley, Baber, Sehntwali, Ifill and Lovell families.
Family friend of the Coward, Wickenheiser, Cornfield, Stahlbaum, Vautour, Velich, Singh, Straker, Antrobus, Saunders and Mulholland families. God-son of Rev and Bev Farley, Rodney Best and Sylvia Gibbs. A bridge over troubled water to many. A friend to his family and family to his friends. Justin will be missed by all including his dog, Chewey.
Visitation will be held on Friday April 8, 2022 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM and 5:00 – 9:00 PM at Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street. Cambridge.
Celebration of life service will be held on Saturday April 9, 2022 at Forward Church, 55 Franklin Blvd, Cambridge. Viewing 10:00 AM. Service 11:00 AM. Cremation to follow. Light refreshments served after service.
At the family’s request, masks will be required both at the visitation and funeral service. Thank you for your cooperation.
The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Chris Harmin and the doctor who provided immediate assistance. The First Responders of Waterloo Region, the Emergency Department team of the Cambridge Memorial Hospital who were very compassionate, kind, and supportive as they tried to save Justin’s life. Also special thanks to the Coroner who provided posthumous care.
