FRY, June Rose
June Fry died peacefully, at Eastholme, Powassan on Thursday, January 6, 2022. She was 89 years old. June was the beloved wife of Rodney Fry of Powassan. She was the much-loved mother of Roland Fry (Sharon) of Bear Valley and Kerry Fry of Kingston. She will be lovingly remembered by seven grandchildren: Todd, Andrew, Kara, Amanda, Cameron, Spencer and Morgan; and 14 great-grandchildren. June was the dear sister of Glendon Dobbs of Oshawa and Delta Cole (Reg) of Powassan. She was predeceased by her parents Agnes (Grawbarger) and Milner Dobbs; and siblings Eugene Dobbs, Roy Dobbs (Carole of Powassan), Viola Kaye, Eileen Fry and Norma Rich. June is also survived by two sisters-in-law, Lisa Fry of Powassan and Alma Fry of Corbeil. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of June’s life will be announced at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to St. Paul’s United Church, Golden Valley, are suggested.
