SHISLER, June Marie (Wintemute) passed away peacefully, with her family by her side at the St. Catharines Hospital on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the age of 86. Predeceased by her loving husband George Stanley (2019). Cherished mother of Terry (Sherry), Ken (Joanne), Sandy Shisler (Brian Deanes). Devoted nana of Lindsay (Paul) Earl, Terilee (Tyler) Pitman, Michael (Ashley) Shisler, Steven (Erin) Shisler, and Jennifer (Andrew) Cebulak. Proud great-nana of Everett Earl, Conrad and Ivy Shisler. Lucas and Blakely Shisler, Cole Cebulak and Tyson Pitman. Survived by her sister Grace Peterson. Predeceased by her parents Edwin and Hazel Wintemute, brother Donald Wintemute, and sister Audrey Klauck. June was born in Port Colborne and lived in Sherkston where she raised her family. Her family was the most important thing to her. She enjoyed cooking and baking, and was a beautiful knitter. Mom was always up for a game of euchre which she loved to play. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. The Shisler family will receive visitors at the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, from 9:30 am to 11:00 am followed by the funeral service in the Davidson Chapel with Pastor Brian Lofthouse officiating. Burial will follow at Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery (Beach’s) in Sherkston. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
