Obituary of Juliette Biron
Juliette Biron (Nee Boivin), age 95, passed away peacefully April 25, 2022 with loving family by her side. The youngest sibling of eleven, she was born November 4, 1926 in Windsor, Ontario, where she resided most of her life, having married the late Rosaire (1994) and proudly raising their three children Claude (Mein), Paulette (Roger Quenneville) and Robert. Juliette was the cherished grandmother to Julianne (2015), Claire, Eric, Joel, Alexander and Emma. Life was evermore special when her great grandchildren could visit. Oh how they loved their Mémé. She was also the favourite aunt of several nieces and nephews who each have their own particular memories that they will forever cherish. She also felt a special connection to her godchildren Marcel and Donald. Juliette grew up loving the arts, whether it be her beautiful pencil drawings or her love of dancing and singing. She amazed her grandchildren with her incredible ability to whistle like a song bird. In her later years Juliette became skilled at the art of crochet…often showing her appreciation by gifting you a pair of slippers! Her talent in the kitchen was most memorable with her homemade chop suey, Irish stew and all day simmered chili con carne. “Those who knew her could love and respect her feistiness while being tickled by her child-likeness at the same time.“ The family would like to offer a very deep thank you to the staff of Hudson Manor in Tilbury for all of their loving and dedicated care, for the place she accepted into her heart as home the last seven years of her life. Family and friends will be received at St Anne’s Parish, 12233 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, May 2nd, 2022, at 9:30am for visitation followed by the celebration of life Mass at 10:30am. Burial to follow at St Anne’s Cemetery.Arrangements entrusted to Windsor Chapel (Banwell location) 11677 Tecumseh rd. East (519) 253-7234. On-line condolences and cherished memories may be shared with the family at www.windsor chapel.com.
