Judy’s Obituary
It is with a heavy heart, we announce the passing of Judy Thursa Monteith on October 3, 2022, at her home in St. Antoine, NB at the age of 75.
Judy was born September 3, 1947, in Woodstock, NB to the late Winfred and Florence (nee Bryant) kidney.
Judy will be missed deeply by her only son Robert Gibson of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, NB; Grandchildren, Evan and Emma Gibson of Fredericton, NB; brother Roger(Jackie) Kidney of Woodstock, NB; Niece Jessica; nephews Jason, Taylor, and David and her step-children, Richard, Lynn, and Lisa as well as many more cherished Family and friends.
Aside from her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Richard Monteith, stepdaughter Catherine and one brother, John Kidney.
Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB
A Graveside Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, at 2 pm, October 8, 2022. at the Kirk Cemetery, Northampton, NB.
Rev. Michael Goodfellow will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kirk Cemetery; the Canadian Lung Association, or a memorial of the donor’s choice.
