On September 11, 2022, June passed away peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her loving family at the age of 87, in Edmonton.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 66 years, Phil; son Randy; daughter Sheila (Brent) Rabik; precious grandsons, Cameron and Andrew Rabik; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
June was predeceased by her parents, Gustav and Magdalena Zucht; siblings, Walter (Dorothy) Zucht and Erma (Ed) Kuss.
Thank you to all the amazing staff at Rosedale Villa (especially Maria) and to the wonderful team at the Edmonton General Hospital, Unit 7Y.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2022, at Connelly-McKinley Funeral Home, 10011-114 St., Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta and Northwest Territories.
