Obituary
HARRIETTHA- Joseph Alexander of Crystal Beach and formerly of Port Colborne passed away peacefully at the Welland County General Hospital on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, in his 89th year. Loving husband of the late Patricia Harriettha (2019) for 61 years, loving father of Tim, Tom (Donna), Wendy (Elton) Hagerty, devoted Pa of Cassandra, Derene, Caitie and Travis, Oldie Pa to River, brother of Jacky (the late Roddy) Stubbert, Tom (Debby) Harriettha and brother-in-law of Elizabeth (Jim) Ellis and Ginger (Bryan) Barrick. Uncle Sonny is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joe was predeceased by his parents Alexander and Catherine Harriettha, his brother Michael Harriettha, his sisters Aldric (Mitch) Mitchelitis and Annie Harriettha. Joe and his wife Pat were superintendants at Mount St. Joseph Cemetery in Port Colborne for over 40 years. Special thank you to the staff at the Welland County General Hospital for all their care. By Joe’s request, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at a later date. He loved his dog Hanna, so if desired, memorial donations may be made to your local SPCA. Arrangements entrusted to the DAVIDSON FUNERAL HOME, 135 Clarence Street, Port Colborne.
