John E. Tinch, 95, of Moncton,
passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Born
in Halifax, NS, he was the son of the late Herbert and Jetta (Tingley)
Tinch.
John retired from LaSalle Cdn
Ltd as General Manager for 32 years and Crown Life
Assurance, after retirement he worked for Securitas Security. He was a
member of First Baptist Church Moncton, and a member of the Zetland
Lodge # 24 F & AM, Shediac Cape. In his spare time, John
enjoyed hunting and golfing and summers at the
beach.
He will be sadly missed by his
loving wife, Nancy Tinch (nee Steeves); children, Margaret Colwell
(Andrew) and Michael Tinch (Khristine); grandchildren, Alexander and
William Colwell and Chance and Blaze Tinch; brother-in-law, Charles
Henderson; as well as nieces, nephews, and extended family
members.
In addition to his parents, he
was predeceased by his sister, Muriel
Henderson.
In keeping with John’s
wishes there will be no visitation hours or funeral service. Interment
will take place at a later date in Elmwood
Cemetery.
