JOHN KULYK
It is with heavy hearts the family of John announces his unexpected passing at the age of 79, with
his family by his side, at TBRHSC, on Monday, Oct. 10, 2022.
John was born in Hudson Bay,Saskatchewan and lived in Hornepayne the better part of his working years.
Then moved to Thunder Bay. He loved going to his cottage in Hornepayne fishing, hunting and flying his
plane along with his boys.
John will be dearly missed by his loving wife Eve, son Johnny (Natasha, Arianna, Miriya), Kevin (Amber, Mila),
and Eve’s sons Dean Kowalchuk (Karen, Cameron, Andrew), Keith Kowalchuk(Jennifer, Katelyn, Kristopher).
John is survived by his siblings Tennie, Elsie, Peter, Fred, Steve, Kelly along with numerous nieces,
nephews and other relatives.
Predeceased by his parents. Cremation has taken place and as per John’s wishes there will be no service.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Simpler Times Cremation Centre, 575 Central Avenue, Thunder Bay.
If friends so desire donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
